Family Service Association is in need of assistance in many different areas. Whether you would like to volunteer weekly, monthly, or just for special projects, Family Service Association has a need that you can fill! The following is a general list of the types of volunteer opportunities available:

Program:

• Clothing room
• Pantry sorting & stocking
• Donation sorting
• Childcare assistance
• Identification of affordable housing
• Budgeting & Basic Life Skills classes
• Employment search classes
• Client training on special skills
• GED test preparation
• Computer skills training

Administrative:

• Business and foundation solicitation
• Grant writing
• Soliciting in-kind donations
• Mailing list updates
• Speakers Bureau
• Newsletter support
• Maintain agency history
• Board & Committees

Our volunteer opportunities provide an overview of the Family Service organization and we match volunteer skills and interests with the needs of the organization.
