Family Service Housing Assistance & Advocacy Program

  • Are you seeking emergency rental assistance due to a 3 day pay or quit notice?

  • Are you behind on your rent due to a temporary financial crisis?

  • Are you homeless and need assistance with case management and a housing plan?

  • Are you currently located in the East Valley of SB County or the City of San Bernardino? If not – are you willing to relocate to the aforementioned service area?

If you answered yes to these questions, you may qualify for the Family Service Housing Assistance and Advocacy Program.

Assessment Review Process
1. Assessments are accepted between the 1st – 8th of each month. The assessment form will only be available during these dates. If you miss the deadline during the current month, please be sure to fill it out between the open dates of the 1st – 8th the following month.
2. Assessments are reviewed by members of our staff. You can expect a call within a week after the 8th.
3. The phone call will consist of a second review with one of our staff members to determine if you qualify for a screening appointment.
4. If you do meet initial qualifications, a case manager will follow up to schedule an in-person appointment at our offices.
