Program Requirements

- ​​Services are intended for families with children, those who are disabled, and elderly persons
- Families/individuals must meet income requirements and be considered low income or very low income
- Families must have some source of income and submit required documentation

FSA Client Services
* In general, in order to qualify for FSA services, most individuals need to complete the intake process and meet with a case manager. The purpose of this comprehensive case management approach is to identify other needs the client may have that FSA can assist with in order to help each individual reach their personal goal of self-sufficiency.
