Computer Lab

FSA provides a Computer Lab available to clients and community members. These computers have internet access, with limited printing available. This service is mainly for getting housing documentation, employment resources, submissions of documentation, and other self-sufficiency-related activities.

Clothing Room

This program gives FSA clients and potential clients access to clothing donated to the program. Registered clients can come up to twice a month for clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Surplus & Emergency Food

Emergency Food: FSA clients and potential clients get access to a one-week supply of emergency food. 

Must prove the temporary financial crisis, some exceptions may apply.

Surplus Food: Access to daily donated food from our partners with Feeding America, Vons, Ranch Market, private donors, and more! 

Surplus Hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10:00AM-1:00PM, 2:00PM-4:00PM
CLOSED Thursdays for other programming

Once a day, please check-in at the front lobby.

Community Food Box Giveaways: a once-a-month drive-through food box distribution. This provides community members with food pantry basics to help combat hunger and food insecurity.

Employment & Education

This service gives clients access to employment and educational support.

The goal is to give our clients resources to decent paying jobs, remove barriers to furthering education, and keep clients employed. Servcies include 

Services Provided:
  • Work or school supplies (clothing, books, backpacks, work boots, etc.)
  • Resume building
  • One-on-one goal setting
  • Job resources and leads.

Holiday Events

The agency offers special holiday programming for families and the elderly.

Events include Parties for Spring, Holiday celebrations, and programs such as Adopt-A-Family.

Additional Services

​​In addition to emergency rental and motel assistance, qualified clients may receive items including bus passes, gas cards, holiday toys, and hygiene kits.

Requirements

  • Background Requirements:
    • Families with children 18 and under
    • Elderly (55+)
    • Disabled (Wrap Around Services)
  • Must meet low-income guidelines. (For Guidelines - Click Here)
  • Verification paperwork, including but not limited to:
    • IDs for all household members
      • For all children in the household, you will need to submit either birth certificates, social security cards, shot records, school records, or Medi-Cal cards in place of an ID.
    • Proof of address, this can include any of the following:
      • This can be electric, gas, or telephone bills, with receipts from the last 2 months in your name with your current address.
      • If you are living with someone else, a letter clearly stating who you are, your address, and how much you pay in rent.
      • If you are living in a motel, a receipt identifying you, the motel address, the amount you pay, and receipts for any payments.
  • Must be in our service area:
    • Angeles Oaks, Big Bear, Bryn Mawr, Fawnskin, Forest Falls, Grand Terrace, Green Valley Lake, Highland, Loma Linda, Mentone, Redlands, Running Springs, Sugar Loaf, Yucaipa.

Disclaimer: Unfortunately, due to high volumes, we do not provide wrap-around services for clients residing in the city of San Bernardino, only if they are currently or recently received FSA housing assistance.
