Our Donation Center gladly accepts donations that support families in need in our community. Please see below for donations guidelines and information on items we are currently accepting.
Donation Center Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm


Donation Center Rules
  • Donations are accepted during hours of operation only - please NO DUMPING!
  • Please leave donations in the bins outside the doors of our Donation Center
  • Donors are limited to two bags of clothing (13 gallon) and shoes per drop off
  • Clothing items should be clean, gently worn and appropriately labeled
  • FSA reserves the right to refuse any donation​​

​Items we are always accepting:
  • ​Food - perishable and non-perishable 
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables 
  • Clothing and coats – new or clean and gently used
  • Professional attire - new or clean and gently used
  • Socks and underwear - new and unopened
  • Unopened toiletries – toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant
  • Unopened paper goods – napkins, paper towels, facial tissue, diapers
We are accepting other donations such as household items, new toys, and children's arts and crafts supplies on a call ahead-basis only due to storage space.

Please call our Donations Center Lead Coordinator before bringing in the following items to check on need and storage availability:​​
  • Computers​
  • Appliances (working washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves)
  • Furniture (complete bed frames, sofas, dressers, chairs, tables)
  • Businesses or individuals interested in donating repair, maintenance or other in-kind services

Items we cannot accept​
We hate to have to say “no thank you” to a donation. However, if an item is not in usable condition, the cost associated with handling or disposal depletes funds that would otherwise be used to support our clients, FSA can reserve the right to refuse the donation. Please dispose of these items through an alternative responsible source.

*This list is to be used a guideline. There may be other items not listed below that FSA cannot use in our programs, or which must be turned down due to size, condition, or suitability.​
  • Medicine (prescription and over-the-counter)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Over-the-range microwaves
  • Dishwashers
  • Automobile parts
  • Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, hard liquor, etc.)
  • Desks and large desk chairs
  • Sofas with beds inside
  • Oversized furniture items (china hutches, entertainment centers etc.)
  • Mattresses
  • Futons
  • Pillows (unless new - NO used bed pillows)
  • Car seats
  • Open cleaning supplies
  • Electronic items (outdated or non-working items)
  • Medical supplies
