ABOUT THE FACILITATOR | TARAH GARIBAY APCC/AMFT
Tarah is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She has experience working with a variety of populations: children, teens, adults, families and couples. Tarah often
works with those who need help with anxiety, depression, grief and many more issues. In addition to working with people in a clinical setting, she also teaches parenting education classes. Her goal is to help those who are in need of support and assist them in learning more about themselves, developing skills they will be able use for life, and helping them on their journey to better mental health.
